At B&S Technology and TMF Prototyping we believe that ownership is the basis for our success in 2027. During our annual vision day we reflect together on the future: where will we be in three years, what is our ambition and vision, what goals do we set, how do we challenge ourselves, and how do we show ownership in our work?
By focusing on these questions, we ensure that everyone on our team contributes to realizing our shared ambitions and achieving our goals. Ownership means taking responsibility and building together a future we are proud of.

Customer satisfaction

Our professionals ensure that every detail is right and every solution meets our customer’s highest standards and requirements. We talked about lead times, ownership means that we are jointly responsible for achieving results within the agreed time. Customer satisfaction is important to us, we put our customers first. Through proactive thinking and ownership in our communications and solutions, we build strong, lasting relationships. With ownership, we not only realize our ambitions, but also those of our clients.

Vision27 day

In the morning we visit TMF’s workshop where a hyperMILL® VM demo will be given for 5-axis milling. We listen to stories from guest speakers from two key customers. It is nice and instructive to look at our work, processes and cleanability from a customer perspective.

The headlines of the future

In small groups we work on our own B&S and TMF news page: what will the headlines of the Brabants Dagblad be in three years? With internal interviews and intensive collaboration, valuable insights and strong ideas emerge. Together we make plans for the future and are ready to make them happen.
